Hip 1287, a bay colt by Leading Freshman Sire Afleet Alex, was purchased by bloodstock agent Mike Ryan for $350,000 early on day five - Saturday, Sept. 19th - at the annual Keeneland September Sale. The striking colt was consigned by Dromoland Farm Inc, Agent and is out of the Meadowlake mare Swift Princess.
Afleet Alex is the sire of the top 2-year-old Dublin, and his first crop ranks him at the top of the Freshman Sire List.
