Cuqui's Love, a 3-year-old filly by Afleet Alex, racked up her second stakes victory of 2010 on Oct. 3  at Camarero Racetrack with a 7 1/4-length score in the $63,000 Clasico Jinetes. Cuqui's Love won the Dia de la Mujer S. (G2) at the same track back on March 7.

Afleet Alex currently stands at the top of the second-crop sire list for 2010. His impressive list of 2010 stakes winners include Afleet Express in the Travers (G1) and Pegasus (G3); Afleet Again, Withers (G3); Harissa, Sunland Park Oaks; and Go Ask Alex, Indiana Downs Distaff.

The dark bay or brown Cuqui's Love has been competing in Puerto Rico for her entire career since selling at the 2008 Keeneland September yearling auction. She is the first foal out of Chilukki Cat, who is a daughter of Eclipse Award champion 2-year-old filly Chilukki.

Cuqui's Love's has been a model of consistency, tallying an 8-2-1 record 16 starts and earning $130,953 for owner Carlos Oyola Stable. She was bred in Kentucky by Stonerside Stable.
