Grade 1 winner Afleet Express sired his first reported foal on January 16, a filly born at Dr. Chuck Kidder, Dr. Nancy Cole, and Ben Kidder’s Corner Woods Farm near Lexington.

Bred by Drs. Kidder and Cole, the filly is also the first reported foal from her dam, Heaven Knows, by Purge. Heaven Knows is a half-sister to graded stakes filly Kazamira, and her dam is a half-sister to millionaire Grade I winner Proper Reality.

Winner of the 2010 Travers S. (G1) and Pegasus S. (G3), Afleet Express covered 54 mares his first year at stud, in 2011. He is standing the 2012 season for $6,500, payable when foal stands and nurses.
