Trainer Patrick Biancone went to $50,000 for a colt by one of his former pupils, Whywhywhy, to lead the way during day 13 of the Keeneland September Sale.
Purchased on behalf of Flying Zee Stable, hip 4785 is out of the French stakes winning mare Marche de Paix (Fr), a half-sister to inaugural Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf winner Nownownow.
Biancone also trained Nownownow to victory in this year's San Fernando S.(G2).
The bay colt was consigned by Eaton Sales, agent and was bred in Kentucky by Fab Oak Stable.
