Yearly soil samples are taken to ensure that the land continues to offer the necessary nutrients for optimal growth and health. This fertile land is second to none in producing top Thoroughbreds and provides convenient access to Bluegrass airport, Keeneland, Fasig-Tipton Kentucky and premier veterinary facilities.
